"I have been a customer of State Farm for almost 60 years. Recently I had a problem with my Renters Policy. A notification to a third party has to be sent informing them I paid. I called the Agent a number of times, every time I was assured the problem would be resolved. I was informed by my rental office I would be charged a $30 fee for noncompliance of the rental agreement. After I was charged again I decided to change Agents. A quick search led me to John Pepe, Jr. Agency. I called and spoke to Dawn L. Lombard. Dawn told me they send these notices all the time. I decided to transfer all my polices to the Pepe agency. When Dawn received them she went to work. She not only sent the notification, she got my fees refunded. Thank you Dawn. I highly recommend John Pepe, Jr. Agency and Dawn for their excellent work."
